- —Learning data: lesson progress, challenge completions, reflections, practice logs and portfolio entries.
- —AI Coach data: the messages you send to the coach and the replies generated for you.
- —Technical data: basic device, browser and usage information needed to run and secure the platform.
How we use it
- —To deliver the programme, track your progress and generate your portfolio and certificate.
- —To provide AI Coach responses tailored to your lesson and pillar context.
- —To provide support, send service emails and process enrolments.
- —To improve lesson design in aggregate. We do not sell your data.
AI processing
- —Coach messages are processed by a third-party AI model provider to generate responses.
- —Do not enter sensitive personal, medical, financial or legal information into the coach.
- —You can delete your coach threads at any time from the studio.
Storage and security
- —Data is stored in a managed database with row-level security so members can only access their own records.
- —Access is restricted to authorised operators for support and maintenance.
Your rights
- —You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
- —Deleting your account removes your profile, progress, portfolio and coach history.

Cookies
- —We use only the cookies and local storage required to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences.
- —We record limited first-party journey events to understand where visitors stop. These records use a random session identifier and do not include prompts, lyrics, names, email addresses or IP addresses.
