Terms of Service
The agreement between you and RAP Architect™.
Accounts
- —You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- —Accounts are personal. Sharing access to paid programme material is not permitted.
Purchases and access
- —The 42-Day Artist Launch Lab is a one-time purchase with ongoing access to Lab materials.
- —The Collective is a recurring subscription you may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- —Pro Reviews are one-off human services delivered on the stated turnaround target.
Your content
- —You own the music, lyrics, portfolio entries and other work you create and upload.
- —You grant us a limited licence to store and display your content inside the platform so the service can function.
- —We will not publish your unreleased work outside the platform without your explicit permission.
Our content
- —Lessons, workbooks, rubrics, frameworks and the RAP Architect™ method are our intellectual property.
- —You may use them for your own artist development. You may not resell, republish or teach them as your own.
Acceptable use
- —No harassment, hate speech, doxxing or unlawful activity in any community space.
- —No scraping, reverse engineering or automated bulk extraction of course material.
- —We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
AI Coach
- —AI guidance, not human professional advice. The RAP AI Coach supports your work — it does not replace a qualified professional, and it will not complete the course for you.
- —AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Use judgement and verify anything consequential.
No guarantees
- —RAP Architect™ provides education and creative training. We make no guarantee of income, streams, followers, placements, record deals or any other outcome. Music-business material is general education only and is not legal, financial or professional advice.
- —The Certificate of Completion is not an accredited qualification.
Liability
- —The service is provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- —Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
- —We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
