Refund Policy

Clear terms, no fine-print traps.

The 14-day participation window

  • —Every paid RAP Architect™ programme carries the same window: you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date.
  • —To qualify, you must have meaningfully begun the programme by (1) completing orientation, (2) completing the Artist Baseline Assessment, and (3) beginning the first assigned Rhythm exercise.
  • —This is a participation-based satisfaction window. It is not a guarantee of artistic, audience, streaming, income or business results — no programme can promise those, and we do not.

42-Day Artist Launch Lab — $297

  • —Refundable in full under the 14-day participation window above.
  • —A refund also ends the six months of RAP Architect Collective™ access included with the Lab.

Launch Lab payment plan — 3 × $109

  • —The same 14-day participation window applies, measured from the first payment.
  • —An approved refund inside the window refunds payments already made and cancels the remaining scheduled payments.
  • —Cancelling after the window stops future scheduled payments where possible but does not refund payments already taken.

RAP Architect Collective™ continuation — $49/month or $490/year

  • —The six months included with the Lab are free; nothing renews automatically and you are never charged unless you actively opt in to continue.
  • —If you do opt in, you can cancel at any time and access runs to the end of the paid period.
  • —Monthly payments already taken are not refunded. An annual continuation can be refunded pro-rata within its first 30 days.

Pro Review add-on — $97

  • —Refundable in full until a reviewer begins work on your submission.
  • —Once the written review has been delivered, the service is complete and non-refundable.

How to request

  • —Email hello@raparchitect.com from your account email with your order details and the date of purchase.
  • —We respond within two business days; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
